Hello, friends.

As we all know, COVID-19 has changed many things in our lives, with probably more changes to come. One of the good changes has been our ability to work remotely, which allows us to be available to clients even if we are not physically in the office. Some of your calls go to our cell phones and then get routed back to the office seamlessly and Zoom has allowed us to "see you" even if we can't be with you in person. 

Great service and availability to our clients is paramount, and COVID-19 won't change the fact that our phones will always be answered by a live person during business hours. Though Zoom has become an acceptable meeting venue, know we always prefer to meet with you in person.

Our leadership team recently completed a review of our long-term needs for office space. Current trends support a hybrid office model, and we embrace the change to enhance our team members work/life balance. 

Back in 2019, before the pandemic, we doubled our office space in North Canton, and took on Suites A and B to support our expected team growth. Our leadership team has decided to release Suite B and to only retain our original Suite A office on Hossler Drive. 

In addition, beginning September 30, 2022, we will no longer staff the Hossler Drive office during normal business hours; Tom, Dan and our team will be in the Suite A office by appointment only. Clients who normally meet with us at that location should not notice a change.  There is a secure mailbox available 24/7, to the right of the entry door, if clients have a paperwork they are dropping off at that location. We ask that you alert us that you have put a package in the box. We are committed to staying in Stark County and offering our clients a comfortable office to meet with us as needed.

Most of our team will be in the Akron office. This will allow us to offer a hybrid work model to our team beginning in 2023. The depth of our team will remain the same and our availability will not change; we just might not be physically in the office when we speak with you.
