What does Amy do?

Amy and Tom have worked together for over 20 years. As our most experienced client service specialist, she is involved in all aspects of service for clients. If there is a tough question or special need, Amy has the answer. She also handles IT for PFA—installing, maintaining, and upgrading our systems. Amy is the original “go to girl.”

Amy is an avid fan of old-school muscle cars. She has favorites but doesn't like to discriminate. She is also a grandmother to 3 beautiful granddaughters.
