What Does Madeline Do?

Madeline provides internal support to the team and the business acting as the office manager, handling accounts payable/receivable, and assisting with special projects. She is also growing into our HR expert. Madeline is dedicated to providing a great work environment for our team and a comfortable place for our clients to visit.

Did You Know?

Madeline loves trying new cocktails and has taken a few mixology courses. She has become the Presper family and PFA staff bartender! She likes to experiment with new cocktail recipes and has started making some of her own liqueurs such as limoncello and smoked Bing cherry liqueur. This interest has led to a new vacation destination: the Bourbon Trail. Madeline loved her first trip to the trail and has many more trips yet to come!

• Graduated summa cum laude from John Carroll University with a major in sociology and a minor in psychology
• Currently working toward SHRM-CP certification
