PFA Updates

Dear clients and friends,

In response to Governor Dewine's Responsible RestartOhio Plan, as an essential business, we will continue to operate in the following manner through May, 2020:

• All client reviews/meetings will be by phone or Zoom Webinar. Clients scheduled in May will be contacted to choose phone, Zoom, or to reschedule to a later date.
• If there is a special need for a client to come into the Akron office, we will promote social distancing and have masks and hand sanitizer available.
• The Canton office will remain closed to client visits.
• A core group of team members will continue to work normal business hours in the Akron office. Other team members are working from home.

We will continue to monitor State of Ohio guidelines, with the hope that we can re-open our offices for normal client visits beginning in June...we shall see. One other item of note, in the last two days we have installed a new phone system so if we are a little slow in answering your call or transferring to voicemail, we apologize as we learn the many new features.
