Hello Friends,

It has been nearly a month since the conversion to Schwab, and we wanted to provide you with some key reminders and updates as we continue to adapt to the new systems and processes:

1. September Statements:

• You will receive two September statements: one from Schwab with your current account balances, and one from TD Ameritrade reflecting a 0 balance. This will be the last statement from TD Ameritrade for most clients. Any future statements from TD Ameritrade will be due to residual dividends and interest which are being automatically transferred to Schwab.
• If you inadvertently selected paperless statements during the setup of your online account access with Schwab, please let us know so we can revert you back to receiving paper statements.

2. Schwab System Access:

• If you encounter any difficulties accessing the Schwab systems or viewing all accounts, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving any issues.

3. Billing and Performance Reports:

• We will be processing billing and performance reports in the coming week, and you can expect to receive them during the week of October 9th. The billing and performance reports are viewed through the Morningstar client portal.

4. Processing Timelines:

• Please note that processing timelines with Schwab may vary from those with TD Ameritrade. Tasks such as linking accounts for money transfers may require a few additional days. Whenever possible, provide us with extra notice when money movement is anticipated. As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
